SMART LIVING CSV is being built right in Řepy, as the project’s name implies. It is set in the east part of Čistovická street, surrounded by an original neighbourhood of small houses. The quiet surroundings emanate an almost rural atmosphere.
Despite this nature, the direct surroundings of Čistovická street offer a wide spectrum of civic services and options for fast connection to the centre of Prague.
One of the principal reasons for investigating the CSV project is undoubtedly its great mix of public services, shopping opportunities, fast transport connections and green spaces suitable for active relaxation. Within Prague 17-Řepy you can find:
Although Řepy is not brimming over with shopping centres and hypermarkets, there are a number of easily accessible shopping opportunities from Čistovická street. The centre of the neighbourhood also has a number of standard stores and restaurants.
There are also a wide spectrum of surgeries and outpatient clinics available, from general practitioners to specialist doctors for children and adults. Most sites are focused within Motol Hospital, or Na Homolce hospital, just under 5km away (by bus within 10 min).
Prague 17’s neighbourhood administrative centre is the local council building. This is just 500 m from the CSV project.
Just 150 m from the project are the Selských Baterií (bus 264) and Reinerova (bus 142) city bus stops. You can get to the centre of Prague (Můstek) from both these stops in less than 30 minutes. There are a number of alternatives for travel to the nearest metro stops:
You can get to the Prague ringroad from the CSV project by car in less than 4 minutes, and from there it is relatively quick to get to any neighbourhoods on the outskirts of the capital. To get to the city centre, you can choose routes along Plzeňská or Bělohorská streets, depending on traffic levels, both of which can be reached in under 4 minutes. The closest routes out of Prague head to Chomutov, Karlovy Vary and Plzeň.
An undoubted advantage is the great accessibility of Václav Havel Airport, which you can get to by car or taxi within 10 minutes.
There are a number of places within walking distance which can be used for relaxation or active leisure. There are a number of green areas and parks, historical sites and sports and cultural facilities. If you enjoy spending your leisure time actively, Řepy and its surroundings offer many further opportunities:
